An innovative and fast-growing veterinary group is seeking a Weekend Veterinary Surgeon to join its clinical team in a permanent salaried position.

The Role
The successful candidate will work across a small network of clinics, delivering high-quality first-opinion veterinary care while supporting a seamless client experience.
The role would suit someone confident managing routine consultations and procedures independently, while also enjoying being part of a collaborative wider team.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing high standards of medical and surgical care
- Carrying out routine surgical procedures safely and effectively
- Diagnosing and managing a varied first-opinion caseload
- Delivering clear, compassionate communication to clients
- Discussing treatment plans, estimates, consent, and follow-up care
- Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records
- Supporting consistency across multiple clinic locations
- Working collaboratively with veterinary surgeons, nurses, and support teams
- Participating in ongoing CPD and development opportunities
About You
Applicants should be:
- RCVS registered with solid first-opinion experience
- Comfortable making clinical decisions independently
- A confident and empathetic communicator
- Adaptable and happy working across different teams and environments
- Team-focused with a collaborative attitude
- Interested in progressive approaches to veterinary care and client experience
