An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to join a successful independent veterinary company as it opens its first practice in Texas.
Located in Arlington, Texas, this new 24/7 emergency animal hospital is being built around a simple philosophy: exceptional patient care, empathy, transparency and teamwork.

The Opportunity
The Emergency Veterinarian will provide high-quality emergency and urgent care for dogs and cats, managing a varied caseload from routine emergencies through to complex and critical patients.
The purpose-built hospital will feature modern diagnostic capabilities, dedicated treatment and monitoring areas, well-equipped surgical facilities and an environment designed around efficient patient flow and rapid clinical decision-making.
The role will involve diagnosing and treating emergency cases, performing examinations, stabilizing critical patients and carrying out urgent surgical procedures when required. The Emergency Veterinarian will work closely with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure seamless, compassionate patient care.

The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of emergency/ER veterinary experience preferred
- Strong clinical, diagnostic and surgical skills
- Confidence managing emergency and critical care cases
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and client service skills

- A commitment to evidence-based medicine and ongoing professional development

Schedule
