The Opportunity
A well-established and highly regarded veterinary hospital in Solihull, West Midlands is looking for an Exotics Veterinary Surgeon to join its large and supportive clinical team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a vet who holds or is working towards an exotics certificate, or someone with strong exotics experience who wants to develop further in a hospital environment with a growing and varied caseload.
You’ll be working alongside 16 experienced vets with shared clinical interests, allowing regular case discussion, collaboration and clinical development. The role offers a strong mix of exotics and small animal work, with genuine flexibility to shape the caseload around your interests.

- Up to £63,000 salary depending on experience

The Practice
You’ll be joining a large, well-equipped 24-hour veterinary hospital with an established reputation for high clinical standards and compassionate care.
The site offers:
- Advanced in-house laboratory with extensive diagnostic capabilities
- Full surgical facilities including orthopaedics and exploratory procedures
- Dedicated exotics hospitalisation and surgical capability
- A substantial and varied caseload, including local college exotics work
- Regular clinical meetings and a strong focus on continuous improvement
The wider team includes vets, nurses, and administrative support staff, all working within a structured and supportive management framework that encourages professional growth and collaboration.
