We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join an RCVS-accredited small animal practice in Colchester, recently awarded city status. Their mid-sized family-oriented practice, established for many years, holds a stellar reputation within the local community. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join their dynamic team full-time on a one-year fixed-term contract. This role is tailored for a small animal vet with proficiency in surgery, diagnostics, and consulting, who appreciates working collaboratively within a close-knit team.

Their dedicated team comprises 4 Vets, 4 RVNs, 2 VCAs, and 5 support staff, including a fantastic practice manager. As a member of their proactive team, you will contribute to their commitment to clinical excellence. Despite the challenges of small animal practice, they maintain a supportive and nurturing culture with a touch of humour, fostering a happy and harmonious workplace.

Equipped with modern facilities, including digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house blood machines, and a state-of-the-art dental machine, their practice ensures you have all the necessary tools at your disposal. Additionally, they benefit from regular visits by specialists in orthopaedics and cardiology, facilitating exceptional case continuity.

If you are an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment, appreciates a relaxed working atmosphere, and seeks professional growth, we encourage you to apply.
