An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, RCVS-accredited practice in rural Wiltshire as Head Vet. This purpose-built practice is renowned for its Orthopaedic referral services and also offers specialised referrals in soft tissue surgery, ophthalmology, and cardiology.
The practice is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including an on-site CT scanner, laparoscopy, endoscopy, and ultrasound. With a dedicated veterinary team boasting over 90 years of combined experience, you'll be joining a talented group that is passionate about delivering exceptional care.
As Head Veterinary Surgeon, you will be supported by and work alongside the Practice Director, Practice Manager, and Nursing Manager, forming a vital leadership team. You'll play a key role in mentoring and developing the veterinary team, managing the rota, organising vet meetings, and leading clinical excellence projects.

The Rota
