Our client, a well-established group of veterinary practices, is seeking a Head Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. You will work closely with an existing Head Vet across three practices in the West Sussex area. The goal is for each Head Vet to eventually oversee their own practices and teams, while collaborating regularly to enhance the hub's development.

The practices are RCVS accredited and boast excellent facilities, including Dental X-ray, Digital X-ray, and Ultrasound. They also handle a variety of interesting cases, with regular visits from a local cardiac specialist for in-depth ultrasound scans.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a respected group of practices, with the freedom to shape the role. With the business side managed by a Practice Director, you can focus on your veterinary expertise without being overwhelmed by paperwork.

The Rota:
• Full time role - 40 hours per week (Part time applications of 30 hours over 3 days also accepted)
• Weekend rota
• No OOH
