Our client is a small animal practice located in the beautiful city of Peterborough, and they are looking for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to oversee the running of their team. With its many cafés, restaurants, bars, and lovely green parks, Peterborough has plenty to offer. With direct rail links to London King's Cross in just an hour, this is also a great place for commuters.
As the Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will oversee the veterinary team, ensuring the provision of exceptional medical care to all patients. Your leadership skills, clinical expertise, and passion for animal welfare will contribute significantly to the continued success and growth of the practice, your team, and yourself. Our client seeks a good leader who is excited by the opportunity to develop other Veterinary Surgeons, Graduates, and the Nursing team.
Their light and airy practice has been refurbished in the last two years and offers plenty of natural light into their large premises. The practice provides ample on-site parking, a spacious reception area, a staff room, and a lovely garden. They are fully equipped with the latest technology, including Ultrasound, X-ray, Dentistry, and much more.
You will be leading an experienced team including three Veterinary Surgeons, one of whom is studying towards a certificate in surgery, alongside an excellent nursing team and client support team.
