Locum Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon – Guernsey | £500 per Day | Accommodation & Travel Covered
An exciting locum opportunity is available for an experienced small animal vet to join a proudly independent practice based in Guernsey. This role is ideal for a clinician seeking a rewarding professional experience combined with an exceptional island lifestyle.

Key Benefits:
- £500 per day
- £100 bonus for holding the duty phone overnight (+ 40% additional payment if called out)

The Role:
- Small animal locum position in an independent practice
- Standard working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm, with a generous 2-hour lunch break
- Opportunity for shorter or longer-term placements (flexible dates available)
- Clinical freedom to manage and develop cases
- Well-equipped practice including digital X-ray, dental X-ray, and essential diagnostic tools
About the Practice:
This independent practice may not be the most modern, but it places a high value on clinical standards and team input, particularly as it works towards RCVS accreditation. The team fosters a collaborative culture where ideas and improvements are genuinely welcomed.
