An exciting opportunity awaits for a dynamic and experienced veterinarian ready to step into a leadership role as Medical Director at a well-established practice in Marion County, Florida. Since opening its doors in 1985, this thriving four doctor practice has built a reputation for delivering outstanding care and fostering a supportive, collaborative environment. Now, they are seeking a passionate Medical Director to lead the team, uphold the highest standards of veterinary care, and drive the practice's continued growth and success.
The ideal candidate will hold a DVM degree (or equivalent), be in good standing with the Florida State Veterinary Board, and possess an active or eligible DEA license. With a minimum of 4-5 years of veterinary experience, including a strong comfort level with a full surgical caseload, the Medical Director will be instrumental in guiding the team and enhancing patient care.
