A well-renowned, independent veterinary practice is currently looking for a Night Veterinary Surgeon to join their new night service based in Horsham. The practice has a long history of providing the highest quality of care to the local area and have now extended their service to 24-hour care.
The newly transformed surgery offers a complete range of amenities to provide the highest standard of care with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment including K-Laser, Karl Storz Tower, imaging suite, all usual ECC Mod cons, full surgical suite with very advanced orthopaedic and soft tissue toys,
Separate Dog and Cat Wards plus Iso. They cater for a whole range of animal care, from domestic cats and dogs to exotic pets such as snakes and spiders.
The practice is located and beautiful town in West Sussex, known for its charming and picturesque qualities.
The surrounding countryside is picturesque and offers ample opportunities for outdoor activities, such as walking, hiking, and cycling. The South Downs National Park is nearby, providing stunning landscapes and wildlife.
The town centre is a bustling hub of activity, featuring a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, and markets. You can find both well-known brands and unique local businesses, making it a great place for shopping and dining.
Good Transport Links: Located just 30 miles south of London, they benefit from excellent transport connections. The town has its own train station with direct services to London, making it a convenient option for commuters and it is just a 25-minute drive to Gatwick airport.
The rota:
• 7 on and 14 off Rota
• Week runs Monday to Monday
• 7.30pm to 8.30am
The Candidate:
This role would suit a driven and ambitious Veterinary Surgeon with an interest in ECC. Candidates who are Advanced Practitioners in Emergency and Critical Care or experienced in ECC are advised to apply. You will work alongside and complement the existing, dynamic team as they further develop and grow this service. This is a new fully awake Night Service.
