This role represents a pivotal position in terms of strategy, leadership, and clinical excellence. You will have overarching responsibility for the performance of Primary Care businesses within your jurisdiction, including line management of Clinical Directors and support for Senior Leadership Teams across your practices. Collaboration with business partners, the Medical Team, Central Operations, and various stakeholders will be essential components of your responsibilities.
In this role, you'll closely collaborate with and report to the Primary Care Managing Director to ensure your teams provide top-tier clinical care. You'll exemplify leadership, implementing strategies to achieve business goals through engaged teams. Your focus on clinical excellence will drive strategic initiatives, enhance client experience, and foster team development and retention. Success in this role requires inspirational leadership, experience in driving growth, strong commercial acumen, and adept problem-solving skills to motivate complex teams and improve business performance.
The Rota:
• 40 hours a week
• Monday - Friday
• Remote working: but will need to visit London clinics on a regular basis.
