Are you a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon looking for your next opportunity? Our client is seeking a passionate and skilled vet to join their welcoming team in a picturesque village just outside of Bishop’s Stortford. With both full-time and part-time hours considered, this role offers flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

Nestled in the heart of the countryside, this location provides an idyllic setting with a strong community spirit, excellent local schools, and an abundance of green spaces to explore. You will be part of a three-vet team led by a highly experienced Branch Partner who holds a Certificate in Small Animal Surgery. The practice is also supported by a fantastic team of nurses, including two RVNs, an SVN, and Veterinary Care Assistants, ensuring a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, the practice boasts in-house labs, digital and dental x-ray, and ultrasound, allowing for high-quality care. They also offer an orthopaedic referral service to the local community, led by an experienced orthopaedic surgeon who is highly skilled in advanced surgical procedures. Further support is available from a sister 24-hour hospital nearby, ensuring that comprehensive veterinary care is always at hand.

The ideal candidate will be RCVS registered and demonstrate strong clinical leadership skills. Experience in fostering a progressive clinical culture, as well as the ability to coach and influence colleagues to bring out their best, is essential.
