Our client are looking for a passionate Vet Surgeon to join their friendly team. With a team of 9 vets, each bringing their unique interests and certifications to the table, you will always find someone ready to support and encourage your development.
In terms of the role, they would love to hear your strengths and interests, and focus the role around these as much as possible. If you are keen on honing your surgical prowess, diving deep into medicine, or exploring a bit of everything, they will tailor the schedule to suit your preferences.
They perform a wide range of surgeries, including cruciate and patella surgery, laparoscopic procedures, and BOAS surgery, making this role ideal for those looking to develop their surgical skills.
They also have extensive diagnostic equipment, including Imagyst, ultrasound, dental radiography, endoscopy, and i-STAT. This allows them to handle most cases in-house, with dedicated hospital shifts for patient care, emergency cases, consultations, and operations.
The rota is flexible, accommodating individual preferences for those who enjoy a variety of tasks.
The small animal, family ran practice is well-established in the community, and has a real focus on providing exceptional care. This role will involve covering two sites, (in close proximity with one another) both with excellent facilities, with the 2nd opened in the last few years. Both practices are conveniently located within a short distance of Doncaster City Centre, and easily accessible by road.
The Rota
• 4 day week
• No OOH/bank holidays
• 1:9 Saturday Mornings (8am-12:30pm) with Toil
• Part time applicants considered
