An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, RCVS-accredited practice in East Yorkshire. Situated in a popular market town, this practice has been a cornerstone of the community since the 1950s and boasts an excellent local reputation. The town features stunning architecture, breath-taking views, and a warm, welcoming community. In 2021, a second practice was opened in a nearby town, an equally charming location with abundant open spaces, lush greenery, and a thriving community.
Our client is seeking a compassionate and skilled Veterinary Surgeon with experience in small animal practice. You will work across both RCVS-accredited locations, joining a friendly and supportive team of 7 vets, 13 nurses, and 8 support staff, many of whom have been with the practice for years.
In this role, you will have the chance to develop and utilise your clinical and client-focused skills. Our client promotes continuous professional growth and supports areas of special interest, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. They emphasise case continuity and provide ample support and mentorship.
You will be part of two progressive, busy first-opinion practices equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic and surgical tools, including Digital Radiography, Ultrasound, Bronchoscopy, Endoscopy, ECG, and an in-house laboratory.
The practice is committed to delivering exceptional care to patients and high-quality service to clients. Teamwork and collaboration are at the heart of their approach, and they are proud to be a Veterinary Nurse Training Practice. Strong ties with their sister hospital provide access to advanced facilities, including hydrotherapy, laser treatment, physiotherapy, laparoscopic surgeries, and a comprehensive imaging suite with CT.
