A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly and supportive team in Bridgend.

Working out of purpose-built premises, the main hospital and four branches across South Wales are all RCVS accredited with Silver Cat Friendly status. Their facilities are equipped with all the modern technology you'd expect, creating an environment where high standards of care are the norm.

They take pride in being approachable, welcoming, and fostering a culture where every team member's ideas and contributions are valued. There are no commercial targets, meaning you can focus solely on what matters most-delivering excellent clinical care to loyal clients. They believe in creating a stress-free, positive work environment where all they ask is that you come to work each day, knowing that you've given your best.

In this role, you will manage and oversee the day-to-day clinical caseload at one of the branches, supported by an incredible team of vets and nurses. For those interested, there's also an option to work at the hospital, which has been awarded RCVS Outstanding status.
