Are you an RCVS-accredited Veterinary Surgeon looking for a new challenge? This opportunity could be perfect for you! Responsibilities of the role include providing exceptional care, developing precise treatment plans and estimates for clients, mentoring and growing your team, managing clinical handovers, and arranging necessary patient transfers. Collaborating with the Practice Manager will be crucial in upholding best practices and driving the company's objectives forward.
Our client is seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in supporting Schedule 3 procedures and conducting nurse consultations. This role demands excellent clinical leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Nestled in the Lincolnshire Wolds, the practice is surrounded by natural beauty and provides ample opportunities for outdoor activities. The picturesque town is close to the practice and includes excellent local amenities. Lincoln City Centre and Skegness Beach can be reached by car in just over 30 minutes.
The Rota
• Full time role - Part-Time applicants welcome and possibility for flexible hours
• 4 day week if full time
• 1:3 half or 1:6 full weekends
