Purovets are working with a leading independent small animal practice in Hertfordshire who are looking to expand and find a new veterinary surgeon to join their three-vet team. They are a very surgically biased team, so if you love medicine or imaging this could be a great fit. If you are looking to progress in surgery, it would certainly suit you as well!
You will be working in a lovely rural location with clients who really buy into the best care. They are a seriously friendly client base who are keen for work up and continuity, affording you with the caseload to develop your skills and expand your interests. They are a well-equipped practice capable of all routine surgeries, as well as in-house lab tests, dental treatment, ultrasound and digital radiography.
The role is for 3 or 4 days a week with 10 hour days. There are no OOHs and Saturdays are on a 1 in 3 rota with time off in lieu the following week. Staff progression is very important to them, so they offer a £2,000 CPD allowance for 5 days pro rata and provide certificate support to help you find your passions and niches.
The practice is in Hemel Hempstead, a town nestled in Hertfordshire, England that blends historical charm with modernity. - Salary up to £85,000 DOE
