We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated, customer-focused Veterinary Surgeon to join a team at a state-of-the-art veterinary practice in Lincoln. This beautiful cathedral city offers a unique blend of old-world charm and modern amenities. With excellent travel links to the nearby cities of Nottingham and Sheffield, this is a great place to be!

Our client is part of the UK's largest, independent, family-owned veterinary group with a nationwide presence. Their mission is to provide exceptional care in the local communities they serve, helping pets to live long, happy, and healthy lives with their families. You will be working with five vets, including the head vet, including a vet with a certificate in internal medicine.

Their state-of-the-art practice is purpose-built, light, and spacious, equipped with the latest technology. The practice features CT scanning, Dental X-Ray, Ultrasound, X-Ray, an in-house laboratory, tonopen and much more. They have three theatres and seven consult rooms, including the euthanasia room, and a dedicated dental suite. They are committed to creating an environment that offers exceptional clinical care, where colleagues love to work, patients are calm, and customers feel assured.

This role is based in a fast-paced environment so our client is looking for an individual who can lead by example. The successful candidate should possess strong communication, organisational, and time management skills, as well as a positive mental attitude towards daily tasks and responsibilities. Empathy, kindness, compassion, and the ability to remain calm and confident under pressure are essential.
