The ideal candidate is a qualified veterinary surgeon registered with the RCVS, with a strong background in emergency and critical care. You'll need excellent diagnostic skills, the ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently, and outstanding communication skills to build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.
