An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a rapidly growing independent small animal practice in Middlesbrough.
Opened just one year ago, the modern practice is already exceptionally busy and continuing to expand, with a new branch also planned. The successful Veterinary Surgeon will join a close-knit, supportive team where clinical freedom, teamwork and high standards of patient care are genuinely valued.
The role would suit a Small Animal Vet with 3+ years' UK experience who is confident with sole charge, consultations and routine surgery. A medical bias or interest in diagnostic imaging would be welcomed, while a surgical bias would also be particularly valuable.

- Strong nurse-led workflow and case handovers
With 15-minute consultations and excellent nursing support, the practice prioritises quality clinical care without compromising client communication.

- Cases requiring referral are passed to referral services
