The Facility:
The practice boasts a modern and well-equipped centre designed to provide the best care for our clients patients. Their facility includes separate dog and cat areas in reception, dedicated PTS, cat consult, and nurse consult rooms. They have 4 additional consult rooms, a spacious prep area with access to 2 well-equipped theatres, a kennel and cat ward (featuring 6 walk-in kennels), a dedicated dental suite with portable dental x-ray, digital x-ray room, lab, isolation, and sterilization rooms. To ensure our team's comfort, we also provide a large, well-equipped staff room with Netflix, a meeting room, and en-suite bedrooms.
Working Environment:
We pride ourselves on offering 20-minute sick pet consults and 15-minute vaccine consults, focusing on providing high-quality care for our patients. Our flexible rota system allows you to choose between operating or consulting based on your preferences. We operate on a 4-day workweek, including 1 in 4 weekends. However, as our team grows, weekend frequency will reduce. With 25 days of annual leave plus 8 Bank Holidays, our full-time team essentially enjoys 6 weeks of holiday per year.
Early shifts start at 0800hrs and late shifts end at 1900hrs, while weekend shifts run from 0900hrs to 1600hrs. Our highly professional and supportive nursing team, combined with our fantastic reception team, creates a fun and exciting work environment at the practice.
