An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a RCVS-accredited small animal practice in St Albans, Hertfordshire. Situated on a busy high street with excellent local amenities, this well-established practice benefits from a loyal and growing client base and a strong community feel.
This Veterinary Surgeon role is ideal for a confident clinician seeking clinical autonomy, sole charge responsibility, and the opportunity to shape the future direction of a thriving practice. The Opportunity

Key responsibilities include:

About the Practice
Located in the historic city of St Albans, close to the renowned St Albans Cathedral, the practice combines community charm with excellent transport links and city convenience. The area offers a vibrant mix of independent shops, cafés, green spaces, and excellent commuter access.
Working Hours
- Full-time position – 40 hours per week
- 1 in 6 weekend rota at a sister 24-hour hospital
or - 1 in 3 Saturdays shared across four clinics
- Part-time applications are welcome
