Veterinary Surgeon (Small Animal) – 4-Day Week | Sole Charge | £65,000 Salary | Modern Refurbished Clinic
A well-established, community-focused veterinary practice is seeking a confident and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly and close-knit team. Based in a newly refurbished, modern high-street clinic, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a vet who thrives in a sole charge environment while benefiting from strong team support.
Working alongside an experienced Branch Partner and a highly skilled Head Veterinary Nurse, the successful candidate will have the guidance and collaboration needed to deliver outstanding patient care while building lasting relationships with clients.
The Role
- 4-day working week, promoting excellent work-life balance
- Sole charge position with full support from an experienced team
- Weekend rota at a sister 24-hour hospital (approximately 1 in 6 weekends)
- 1–2 bank holiday shifts per year
- Access to advanced diagnostic facilities and a wider clinical network

Salary & Benefits
Salary: Up to £65,000 (depending on experience)
