The practice is seeking an experienced assistant with strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a dedication to excellent pet and client care.
You'll collaborate with certified experts in medicine, surgery, imaging, and ophthalmology, and assist at their branch locations occasionally however, this role is primarily based at their state-of-the-art Hospital. Their hospital offers first opinion, emergency, critical care, and internal referral services, creating a stimulating caseload. They are a host practice for an OOH team and boast top-notch facilities, including CT scans. This role is ideal for those pursuing further qualifications or aiming to excel as a general practitioner in a supportive setting. You'll work alongside passionate leaders who foster a welcoming workplace for our team and clients.
This full-time role accommodates job sharing and part-time arrangements. You'll receive support from their friendly, forward-thinking team, complete with an active mentoring program. The practice is a past recipient of the SPVS/VMA Wellbeing Awards, offering a robust "Thriving in Practice" calendar. Your package includes a competitive salary, 5 weeks of holiday (plus bank holidays), private healthcare, pension, RCVS and VDS fees, and strong support for professional development.
The Role:
-Independent Practice
-15 + Vet team
-4 days per week
-Inclusion in weekend rota
-No OOHs
-Salary up to £65,000 (dependent on experience)
