Overview:

• Fantastic salary up to £60,000 DOE
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a thriving, independent, family-run practice nestled in a picturesque village on the outskirts of the beautiful city of York.
Their modern, purpose-built practice is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and is home to a supportive, forward-thinking team with a strong reputation in the local community. Conveniently located near the A166, it offers an easy commute from surrounding areas.
We welcome applications from highly motivated veterinary surgeons (full-time or part-time, with flexible hours). While the practice would prefer candidates with 2+ years of experience, they are open to considering those with less experience who are the right fit for their team. An interest in surgery and imaging would be highly beneficial.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality veterinary care, a confident clinician, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills. They should be able to balance clinical expertise with sound business understanding, manage time effectively, multitask efficiently, and feel comfortable working sole charge when required.

The rota:
• 4 day week (P/T considered)
• 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am -4pm (Consult only)
• No OOH
